She uses all of these tools to meet the individual needs of her clients. Lorri will begin your session by checking in with you. She will then ask you to set an intention for yourself and your session. After setting your intention you will begin the energy work and bodywork part of your session. This helps to clear your body and enrgetic field allowing you to be centered in your own energy and be totally present with yourself. Deeper body work can help the body release any tightness and pain that is present. Your session will end with another brief check in, to give you the tools that your body/mind/spirit needs to maintain its alignment.
